Timing of return
You could cancel your order and request a full-amount refund before 10:00 a.m. of the day that your order is going to be shipped. The refund should be returned to your payment account within 7 business days.

Grocery, frozen and housewares:

Fresh vegetable, fruit, meat, dairy, and seafood:

If there is/are quality issue(s), you may need to provide photos that indicate applied issue(s).
